I placed my order and received my tug with in a couple of weeks or less. It was easy to assemble and went together quick. So far so good, no issues. I think the only disappointment was it didn't come with the smaller wheels to move the tug around on. They were in the videos and pictures so I just thought it came with it and felt misled. I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for them, which I thought was over priced for what they are. If you order this you'll want them otherwise you have to pick the tug up and carry it around. Also for what it is I don't think it's worth the money, it seems over priced. Like I said, it works well enough, gets the job done but is expensive for what it is.
