TECHNICAL INFORMATION

This tug is specifically designed for the Vans RV line and the assortment of tailwheel options. If you're unsure what for you have go to the "Technical Specifications" below for a photo guide to the different tailwheels, or send us a photo and we can identify it for you! This is a turnkey operation with everything needed to move your RV Taildragger.

The axle bolt will need to be changed to allow for the provided Flyboy Accessories tailwheel bolt/axle. It only takes about 30 minutes to do and comes with everything needed. Included is Flyboy Accessories tow bar bolt which serves as the axle and has a shoulder that prevents the tug from scratching the paint on your fork. Check the "Technical Specifications" tab above for a photo guide to identifying your tailwheel fork or give us a call and we can help. Select the type of tailwheel you have in the drop-down menu under "Product Options"

This tug ships with a 20V Dewalt power system. If you want more power, the Milwaukee 28V power system must be purchased as an option.

If you have a smooth concrete or epoxy painted hangar floor, we recommend buying our Traction Tape or Wheel Weight Hubs option to prevent tire slippage.

If you are purchasing Wheel Weight Hubs you must click HERE to purchase 2 - 25 lb. cast iron weights.
The wheel weight hubs are only the hubs and do not come with the weights themselves. The weights ship for free from the vendor in the link.
