The EASYSwap Fork System makes it quick and easy to switch fork assemblies when using a Minimax Tug with more than one aircraft.

Previously, changing fork assemblies required removing four bolts and nuts with a wrench. With the EASYSwap Fork System, simply pull the stainless steel Locking Pin, slide one fork assembly out, slide the next fork assembly in, and reinstall the pin.

The kit includes a modified red Gearbox Mounting Plate, one Fork Receiver, two Fork Inserts (for two different aircraft forks), and one stainless steel Locking Pin. The Fork Receiver mounts to the Gearbox Mounting Plate, while the Fork Inserts mount to new or existing fork assemblies and slide directly into the Fork Receiver.

The EASYSwap Fork System is backward compatible with existing Minimax fork assemblies and is zinc electroplated for corrosion resistance.

Please note: This system is not compatible with Minimax tugs that use a drive roller to turn the aircraft nosewheel.
