Piper Aircraft Tugs

Minimax's Piper PA30 Twin Comanche tug makes it simple and easy to move your aircraft. This drill-powered Piper tug uses a Milwaukee 28-volt cordless power system whose power is smoothly transferred via high strength steel and alloy gears for efficient movement. This is a Piper tow bar you won't want to be without once you find how much pain and strain it saves you in moving your aircraft.

This Piper aircraft tug quickly knocks down for easy transport in your plane so it's always ready to go to work for you no matter where you happen to be. It only weighs 25 pounds. This all-American unit is durably made with steel/alloy construction, powder coat paint, an enclosed gear box, automatic brake and trouble-free design.

This tug is a turn key operation and ships stock with a Dewalt 60Vpower system(Drill, battery, and charger).

Excellent response to forward drill handle that was not shipped with tug.  Minor assembly problems:  Discovered that the upper clamp when tightened would cause the drill chuck to make contact with the tube.  That would loosen the chuck and the drive shaft would fall out of the chuck.  Decided the clamp was not really needed, so removed it and the tug seems to operate fine.  Overall happy with the purchase.

Works very well on hard surface, even hard turf. If you have much of a curb or door tracks to go over you may have to go over one main tire at a time. They exchanged the cordless drill for a corded drill for me. Get out of the way! It has major power. Very helpful staff.

Very well made.   Attaches to aircraft very simply. I was truly surprised at the power of it.
Initial adjustments and fitting to aircraft are best done with two people. After the adjustmets are made, it is a one-handed operation to move your plane.

For the money, you really can't go wrong. I would recommend Minimax highly.
