Tug Tuesday, January 16, 2024 Reviewer: Mark Millis from Sugar Land, TX United States   The tug has very narrow wheels and will not pull a R44 into a hanger that has a polished painted floor.  Needless to say, I am dissatisfied with this and the locking mechanism is poor at best. Wheels spin. Incapable of slope operations Friday, September 22, 2023 Reviewer: Bruce from Post Falls, ID United States   The description says nothing about the inadequacy of a 2 degree slope. You only find out after you've received the tug. The wheels spin and spin.  Drive stopped after 2nd day. Inadequate instructions for assembly.<br><br> Minimax Team- Bruce, please reach out to us on this issue.  The tug will handle an incline but it does require some down force on  the handle.  The tug is all steel construction and is designed to handle this down force. Works ok Thursday, January 13, 2022 Reviewer: Wally Moyers from Lubbock, TX United States   It’s a little clumsy to use.  Seems that the power/ large wheels should be to the back of the helicopter and the casters should be at the front.  It would be more complicated to build that way though..  Nice build over all.   My jack handle was damaged in shipping but I got it working..  Overall it’s a good value.. Great product, excellent price! Wednesday, February 12, 2020 Reviewer: Charles Smith from Johnson City, TN United States   Very good product,  works great and does not break the bank.  From an engineering standpoint the wheels should be opposite but I can see how that would not accommodate  the 12v motor setup.  The reason I state that is the forward wheels that are driven have no weight on them and a slight up hill causes them to spin and I have to press my weight down on the handle to get traction.  Same thing when I transition into the hanger.  It does what it is made to do and I am 100% satisfied, just making an observation..
