Works as advertised Saturday, October 26, 2024 Reviewer: David Miller from Port Angeles, WA United States   Received accurate and timely information prior to purchase.  Original battery and charger didn’t work but were quickly replaced.  Does a good job of moving my plane up an incline into the hangar.  Excellent customer support. Best Customer Service in the World! Wednesday, September 18, 2024 Reviewer: Mark from Hamburg, NJ   I can not say enough about this company and their outstanding customer service. I would give it 10 Stars if that were an option!  In short, I had a small "fit" issue with my Boss, and Brandon went out of his way to fix my problem. Minimax Boss Sunday, July 7, 2024 Reviewer: Wolfgang Schmidt from Lexington, OH United States   Over the years my HUSKY taildragger, purchased in 1998, somehow became “heavier”  and the Minimax Boss provided an excellent solution for my hangar/ramp handling needs.  The unit is robust, yet easy to use.  It fits the airplane well and I would recommend this product. Works great on Cessna 120 Thursday, January 26, 2023 Reviewer: John Peck from Gloversville, NY United States   Excellent sales support - all questions answered. and good recommendations. Assembly simple enough, was working within an hour. Took a few tries to get the spacing of the tailwheel lift post correct. Moves the 120 very nicely, in and out of my hangar with a slightly sloping door sill. Three speed drill motor makes maneuvering easy. Looks like very good quality construction.
