Quick Repair January 22, 2021 Reviewer: Larry Tatsch from Princeton, NJ United States   Due to a problem that was mostly my fault, I bent a part on my new Minimax. I called Brandon, we troubleshot the problem and he quickly sent me a new part at no charge. It's now reassembled and ready for me to use on my Tiger again - this time correctly! Grumman traveler July 8, 2019 Reviewer: james summerlin from Dade city, FL United States   The tug works great. I had to call once for advice on putting it together and the staff person response was spot on.   Suggestions:  make the main pole longer for tall people.  At 6’ 2” I am hunched over to use it.   The other is add 2 wheel to the main tube so that when I take it somewhere without the plane attached it could freewheel.  As it is I have to carry it or waste battery power th move it around.
