Product was quite good, but instruction booklet left a little bit to be desired. Online booklet tried to print it out, but half of the stuff was upside down so thought is was my mistake but then when I opened up the box and the instruction packet with the unit had half the pages upside down. It appeared to me you can organize it or print it out so you can flip through it and see things a little easier. Was not as easy to put together as I was led believe took some effort

Very simple, low cost solution to other tugs on the market.  I find this to work perfectly for quickly and easily getting my plane in and out of my hangar.  The key is to just take it slowly as there is no rush.  The wheels do a great job of gaining traction and once the plane is moving you can one hand the operation with no issues at all.  For turns, I find it's easier to pick up the unit and get it in the direction you want to move.
